Spiraea betulifolia 'Tor'
'Tor' is a compact mound of dark, gray-green, birch-like leaves. Tiny white flowers cover the plant in late spring and removal of faded flowers will encourage additional bloom. Autumn brings quality shades of orange, red and purple. Works well as a specimen or group in rock gardens, low hedges for paths and walkways, and also incorporates well into foundation plantings.
