Symphoricarpos sp
Proud Berry® Coral Berry is a very tough plant that produces leaves of green spring through fall. In late summer, it has bell-shaped white or pink flowers. In early fall, these flowers become pink fruit. The fruit is not edible, but they provide interest in the late fall and winter months. Being native means the plant will be deer resistant.

Set top of root ball two inches above the ground level. Mix half garden soil and half planting mix. Mound soil to form water basin.
Fertilize it after pruning each spring with a slow-release fertilizer formulated for trees and shrubs.
